Great value for the money. I feel much better after taking them for a month. They are large pills so if you have a hard time swallowing medication this is not the vitamin for you.

After 3 weeks of constant taking these vitamins, you feel the difference in energy.

These are a good multivitamin. They are big. They are not hard to swallow. No bad taste or aftertaste. Easy to take.

Take one each day, because my doctor said my blood level was low, and I was not eating that good to stay healthy. I am in my eighty's and don't need a lot of food. Don't he realize as you get older you don't want as much? anyway so far so good. I won't know if they are helping my blood until June when I return to him.

I ordered these when I started taking tirzeptatide shots to help with the the nutrient deficiencies and to help my hair stay strong. I have since completed the shots and I reorder these vitamins every two months.

I don't see much of a difference in energy level, Tablets are huge and hard to swallow. There is no taste, value for money was resiable.

If I can get everything in one pill that would be great. But it’s not possible. I really like these to add to my health regimen, but they are a bit large, which takes a while to swallow with water. Has a lot of what I like-biotin, folate, zinc and iron. A good supplement while a bit overwhelming in size.
