Well made product for the price!!!!!
I've own several glucose meters for 18 years. This product is well made/well packed and within 4 points from my aviva plus meter(though I tested an hour apart). The product came with 100 32/33 gauge lancets (which is painless), meter, lancing device, sample strips, control liquid to calibrate and 100 test strips. It is easy to use. I hope however that this company will make the cartridge lancing device (where it is loaded with six needles) like the accu-chek fastclix. I do hope they make it seven or more needles for the lancing device so that those that are managing their diabetes will have an easier time poking the finger to test glucose w/o having to change needles each time and to also avoid poking the skin accidentally . This is an excellent product for the price and I wish more success to this company.

Most Comfortable To Use
This is a very good product. Although the GlucoGorx glucometer comes with instructions in more than one language, it is easy to use even to the extent of including a slide button to sanitarily expel used test strips from the meter. The meter gives results 5 seconds after a test sample is introduced to the test strip which has already been inserted in the meter. The package includes multiple lancets which can be used in a hygienic manner especially if the package will be used by more than one individual. Further, to increase user comfortability, the lancet needle is as thin as a hair, and the lancing device can be adjusted to limit the depth of the skin puncture to the bare minimum.

Everything you need! (Except, of course, the blood!)
I don't have diabetes. And I don't know much about these glucose meters, either. What I know is that I wanted a way to keep tabs loosely on my glucose levels, and I wanted it to be simple, fairly self-explanatory, and to include all the necessary elements to perform the tests. This kit met all of those criteria at a very reasonable price. So far, I've been very pleased! The directions are clear, the meter itself is very easily readable, and the kit comes with a decent number of lancets, test strips and solution. The unit even comes with batteries, so you don't have a single excuse not to get started!

Good Meter, With Some Comments
First, it's a good meter in general. I compare to the Accu-Chek Aviva Plus from Roche, a consistent high ranker in public tests. Numbers between the two meters are very close, essentially the same, given the approximate nature of this sort of metering. I only have two areas where it falls a big behind the Accu-Check. One is that it is somewhat sensitive to how you sample the blood drop and the size of the drip. With some attentive practice, you become consistent, and it ceases to be an issue. I have to wonder if it's not really that this meter has the sample strip extend from the top, so it points away from you. The Accu has it pointing toward you. Try the two arrangements by pretending with some that size. The Accu's arrangement encourages you to keep the strip more or less vertical, which makes it draw blood up more consistently. The other is that, for some reason, the lancet device with the Accu hurts noticeably less than the one with this meter. I don't know why, but the Accu lancets more consistently get a good blood flow. Of course, you can choose to use any lancet and device with any meter.I would say that I would choose the Accu, but if told I could only have this one, I'd be happy with it.

Can't get extra strips
Works fine but you can't buy extra strips I recommend you not buy this you going to end up buying another glucose meter because they don't have extra strips by themselves

Good product, easy to understand and use.
I really didn't want to buy anything like this as the same with others BUT here I am. The finger pick really doesn't hurt (to my surprise). The meter is easy to understand and use. For a first timer with type 2, this seems to be doing what it is suppose to do. The directions are easy to understand and follow. I hope you never need this but if you do I would recommend this one. The cost is low and it does what it needs to do.

Value & Accuracy
Having tried practically all of the test kits available on the market over the last 15 years, the GlucoGorx® Blood Glucose Testing Kit is hands-down the best value on the market. An entire new testing kit including 210 test strips, monitor, and 225 lancets is less expensive that just some test strips alone. The monitor is just as reliable and accurate as any of the others I've tried and it comes with a testing solution to insure its accuracy. You can spend more but why would you?

Inaccurate Meter, Cheap Lancing Device
Kit was originally listed to include 200 extra strips which is why I ordered. Sometime between the time I ordered and it’s arrival, the description changed and I did not receive the extra strips. If you order this, be sure to have another lancing device as this one is super cheap and fell apart on second use.The meter itself seems accurate, requires little blood and is easy to use.REVISED after a week of use. Inconsistent results. I checked it against another meter and it was out by 50 points. This morning I tested 5 times in a row with results as low as 80 and as high as 160. The test still show everyone to be in range so I’m going to have to send this on back 😕
