Smooth operator
Nice little unit, a lot quieter than my old Portable AC. I would advise getting a 3m hose for true flexibility. Both are rated at 12000btu, although I think my old (1996) unit has more power.

Hose a bit short but other than that really good
Cools really well, only bad bit is the hose is way to small will only go out the window if its literally right next to it, could have done with another metre and the unit is fairly noisy too
