I did a little research on stick vacs, and although I did not know this brand, I looked on their website and the product reviews. Not a lot of information, however, I decided (based on other amazon customer reviews) that I would purchase. Have used it several times now and I am completely happy. The vac has good suction (I have a dog and two cats and lots of dust and sand), cleans well and the battery life is very good. (I can do my entire downstairs ceramic tile floor at least 3 times on one charge and it is quite a large area.) The green light is an added bonus - really shows up the dirt, dust and hair very well!!!

Estoy muy contenta con la adquisición de mi aspiradora Ultenic U16 Flex sin cable. Tengo una mascota que suelta mucho pelo y con la potente succión de mi Ultenic me facilita la eliminación de pelos, además, de poder realizar una limpieza eficiente y rápida en toda la casa, ya que su autonomía me permite limpiezas completas sin interrupciones. Me encanta que ilumina el área a limpiar, permitiendo detectar polvo y suciedad en los lugares más difíciles de ver. Es un aparato muy fácil de manejar y me permite limpiar bajo los muebles sin agacharme. En cuanto a la limpieza y mantenimiento del aparato también es fácil de mantener y limpiar. Sin duda, la recomendaría a todos los que estén interesados en hacerse con una. Ya que se trata de una aspiradora que aúna calidad y precio.

De stofzuiger voelt heel stevig en degelijk. Hij zuigt goed. Door het lichtje zie je of je alles goed hebt opgezogen en de opvangbak is groot. Hele fijne stofzuiger, zeker voor deze prijs. Er was iets mis met de verzending, maar ik kreeg binnen een dag een vriendelijke reactie van ultenic en ze kwamen direct met een passende oplossing.

Un ottimo prodotto, fatto bene, con materiali di qualità, ottimo design, leggero,potente, aspira molto bene qualsiasi cosa ...briciole, polvere,peli di animali, dotato di 3 spazzole un carica batteria e una batteria ricaricabile che dura abbastanza per aspirare una casa normale fino in fondo. In più viene fornito anche un filtro di ricambio. Lo uso da qualche settimana e sono veramente soddisfatto, molto maneggevole, leggerissimo, facile da usare con luci LED per individuare la polvere restante. Molto silenzioso aspira benissimo ovunque, e come un Dyson ma con un prezzo molto accessibile per tutti. Lo consiglio , acquistatelo con fiducia, non vi pentirete per niente, ha anche un supporto del carica bateria che può essere fissato a muro dove è comodo per voi in modo da occupare meno spazio e essere meno ingombrante. E un prodotto veramente fatto bene, sono più che sicuro che avrà una durata fi funzionamento molto lunga. Lo consiglio a tutti voi che volete un prodotto ,economico come prezzo ma di grande qualità in prestazioni.

It worked once but it hasn't worked since. It came with a USA charging plug and I used another one I had that fit (AUS), so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it, but I wouldn't think so because the charge light is on when it's charging.
