Do I need butter, oil, or cooking spray to cook with Caraway cookware?

Ceramic is naturally a non-stick cooking surface, so a very little amount of oil or butter will go a long way. We suggest coating the entire interior with a light dab using a paper towel or cloth to keep things silky smooth when cooking.

Is Caraway’s ceramic cookware induction compatible?

Yes, our cookware is induction compatible. Base diameters range from 5.5" to 8". Since not all induction stovetops are universal, we recommend checking with your stovetop manufacturer to confirm compatibility.

You can sear thick steaks or roasts in this pan and finish them in the oven. The pan is well made and holding up great to every day use.

Good Quality Pan with a Few Design Flaws

This a good a pan food won't stick to the pan. Iwish they could make the handle little bigger because when you put it on the counter you can burn your hot lid. The weight is good. Dispute heat evwnly. Also when you cook the lid holds water and when you pick that lid up the water drops into the food unless you remove it fast. Good capacity for cooking.
