Lindam Safety Bedrail (Blue)

These have been redesigned since I bought my first one 3 years earlier - I'm guessing to make them lighter and easier to send by mail order. The redesign hasn't necessarily improved the product, in my opinion. The older version had long metal legs which went under the mattress and held the bedrail snugly in place. This version uses straps, which are VERY fiddly to fit on a latted bed base, difficult to get any tension in, and fall off every time you move the mattress/change the bedding. We gave up on the straps in the end, and so the bedrail is there more of a reminder to my daughter, than an actual safety device, because if she ever did decide to fall out of bed, it would probably come off with her. It's lasted her best part of a year now without her falling out, but probably more through her learning to sleep in one place than through good design!

Framework that runs under the mates has a piece that sticks up above the mattress at the other side (injury will occur if our little girl rolled into it) so we have had to wraps towel over it. Our 2yr old is in a cot bed so it's not a standard size mattress.the metal tube "may" sit below the mattress on a thicker mattress. Sturdy and well made just silly final design

This is a good bedrail. I bought this one in particular because it is pink. I bought my son a different one which is blue. At first I thought this one seemed a bit wobbly and not as secure as the blue one, but that is because this one is on a bed with a toddler mattress which is obviously not as heavy or deep as a normal mattress. It does the job, looks nice and keeps my little girl in bed

Awful item, it does not fit onto a slated cot bed like it says it does! Wish I'd read the other reviews first, alot of people have had to modify this to make it fit!! Not something I am willing to do as I don't feel this would be safe to do. Very disappointed. False advertisement.

We were very disappointed , it wasn't too bad to put together but did not fit my boys cot bed . We have good brand cot bed from boori so u was very surprised. One end fit but the second one didn't because of spaces between wooden rail. It also wasn't stable enough just being installed on the mattress . Do not recommend that ......

No more Grandchild on the floor at night. Hooray! In the down position it does not rest vertically as it hits the floor and rests at an angle, thus getting in the way. A higher bed would solve this problem. However, we rarely want it down anyway.

Good, but..... only if you have a divan bed bas if you have slats like on our daughters bed the fittings fall between them. We ended up a having to use cable ties to keep it in the bed.

We have not found this awkward to fit, as other people have mentioned. Great bed guard that keeps my little one safe at night. Bit big to transport, but we have also taken it to the grandparents houses for over night stays.

Lieferung erfolgte bereits am nächsten Tag. Der Zusammenbau dauerte 2 Minuten. Das Befestigen an unserem Boxspringbett ging dank verstellbare Gurte problemlos an unser (2x2m) Boxspringbett, in dem unsere 2 jährige Tochter gerne mit schläft. Der Schutz ist stabil, hochwertig und 5 Sterne plus wert.

Lo he comprado para una cama - diván y se sujeta perfectamente. A mi hijo de 7 meses no le gusta la cuna, a sí que duerme ya en su camita. La barrera es resistente y segura. Lo recomiendo 100%

La livraison a été plus rapide que prévue, même très rapide, mais l'article que j'ai reçu ne ressemble plus du tout à la photo de la barrière Lindam : elle correspond à une barrière en vente sur Amazon a un prix bien inférieur !! C'est donc de l'arnaque !!! Je ne renvoi pas le produit car je l'ai quand même installé mais goût amer...
