Good stuff, works well

Great, potent product

So, I think a lot of people try supplements expecting a night and day difference, which just isn't going to happen outside of actual steroids (If you think shrunken testicles, roid belly, anger management issues and a tren tan are worth it for bigger muscles)... but taking these a couple of hours before a workout I do notice a slightly more intense pump and feel like I recover a little faster between sets. As the title says, the effect is marginal, I feel like I recover about 5% faster rather than 50% faster, and get a slightly better pump... but it is noticeable. The science behind l-cittruline is proven, although whether it actually results in better muscle gain is still up in the air. The way I see it, if it makes you feel better about your workout and you feel like you're getting a benefit, it's worth the expense, and given that these a relatively inexpensive they'll be going in my normal supplement routine along with my protein powder and creatine.

Really impressed with this L-Citrulline. Delivery was quick and arrived well packaged. I’ve been using it consistently and have noticed better pumps during workouts and improved endurance overall. Capsules arevalso easy to swallow and there’s no weird aftertaste.

Been using these L-Citrulline tablets as part of my gym stack, and I’m genuinely impressed. I take them about 30 minutes before training and I’ve definitely noticed a difference — better pumps, more stamina, and less of that early fatigue feeling, especially on leg day. Tablets are easy to swallow (no weird taste), and I like that they’re not packed with fillers or unnecessary extras. You know exactly what you’re getting. Also, I appreciate the higher dosage per serving — means I’m not having to pop half a dozen at a time. No side effects for me, and they stack well with my usual pre-workout. Great choice if you’re doing strength training or trying to push through more reps without burning out. I’ll definitely be ordering these again.

J'ai mis 5 étoiles pour faire plaisir puisque je ne fais que démarrer le traitement donc réponse dans 240 jours puisque je prends 1 gélule par jour. Maintenant, c'est juste 1 gélule parmi 66 autres références soit environ une centaine de gélules ou comprimés à avaler chaque jour avec un verre de soupe bien grasse puisque les légumes sont très alcalins en général. Je surveille mon équilibre acido-basique grâce aux bandelettes "AccuDoctor" achetées sur ce site. Le résultat décide de mon régime alimentaire à suivre. Je fais 2 sorties vélos semaine soit environ 92 kms pour 2100 m de D+. Je fais des siestes régulièrement. J'essaye de manger et de me coucher à horaires réguliers...
