It mixes into a smoothie very nicely for a creamy consistency and the vanilla bean adds a nice flavor. You get clinically studied ingredients, including 23g of A2 protein per serving, 6g of branched-chain Amino Acids, and only 2g of sugar. Shipping was prompt as well.
