I love this dutch oven! I am just learning to make sourdough bread so I didn't want to invest too much in it since I wasn't sure that I would enjoy it. I found this cast iron dutch oven and the cost was very reasonable so I ordered it thinking that it would be good enough for a start. When it arrived I was so impressed with the quality! Better than I imagined it would be! Wow!! This is a long term use item in my kitchen now. It gets 5-stars and the sourdough bread gets a 5-star rating as well!

absolutely love this set!! my husband gifted it to me since i’m still new in all of this sourdough baking! the dutch oven is very heavy, very sturdy, does the job well!! i love the directions it comes with on how to clean the proofing bowl & how to use each tool/what it was designed to do. i really love this kit & recommend it to everyone!

Love the kit. Great starter pack for my first sourdough experiences. The recipe book should include more sourdough recipes. Also my whisk broke after 2 weeks. Otherwise my loaves are turning out beautifully!

Yes, yes and yes! All the tools are super helpful and so su the booklet. I’ve been using them for a couple of weeks daily and the sourdough breads I made are amazing (this is my first time making sourdough and it is sooo good). I also made slow cooked chuck roast with veggies in it and stuffed cabbage leaves, and all the the meals prepared in this Dutch oven are superior. I am buying a second cast iron Dutch oven so I can have this one dedicated just for breads and one for slow cooking meats and stews. I haven’t had to clean it after baking bread at all, but after cooking meats and veggies in ig, yes, I cleaned and seasoned it per instructions in the booklet! It was easy.

Great product..have tried my first loaf…I need to work on my technique…but have a great Dutch oven to do it in..
