I've only just started to take them but I've noticed that I have started to think better. But, like any supplement, you need to take it consistently for about 30 days to tell the difference. This supplement ( like any medication you stay on) has to reach serum level before you notice anything. Will continue to see how it goes!

Including this in an anti-aging and biohacking stack alongside other senolytics and antioxidants like NAD+, Ca-AKG, Fisetin, L-Glutathione, Urolithin A, etc. The CoA/third party testing is a professional level move to ensure quality. Subjective effects of the spermidine were minimal, but are probably expressed more noticeably within longer time frames. Pre- and post- blood work of various biomarkers could help identify exact mode(s) of action. No side effects or contraindications experienced. I do feel better energy on the stack in general (improvements in mental, mood, physical, metabolic, sleep, etc.), although identifying specific and singular agents is gradually being confounded by the interactions of a large number of supplements.

although I haven't yet decided whether I prefer spermidine which has been synthetically produced or spermidine derived from wheat germ. I don't take this every day, because spermidine is a supplement where more is definitely not better--in fact, its good effects can actually reverse and become negative effects if you take too much. So every other day is the max I will take this. Still, this supplement seems pure and good quality.
