Resolved with seller
This ripped as I put it on the lounger for the first time. However, the seller immediately reached out regarding this issue and was able to resolve it! They are looking into the stitching as well so this should hopefully be a one off experience

This is a good alternative to the name brand cover. However, the fit is much looser and the material is not as soft.
