500ml capacity bottle travel bidet

Best Model Tested Thus Far
As someone who has purchased five other bottles for comparison purposes, I can say that I prefer this bottle to the others for a couple of reasons. First, the part that screws onto the bottle is better made so that the bottle does not leak. Lest this sound simplistic, the problems experienced with other bottles is that the moment the bottle is tipped over, it begins to leak. The amount of leakage increases as one squeezes. However, the rigidity of the screw top of this unit is such that leakage has not occurred.Secondly, the spray is a bit more subtle. Some bottles have a single outlet for the water so there is one stream. This is sometimes desirable but not always. The Leka Travel Bidet has several smaller holes which allows for wider distribution of the water and probably an overall cleaner experience.Since I am the first to review this particular model, I will repeat what I have written elsewhere about portable bidets. The word "portable" suggests the bidets are mainly useful when traveling, especially perhaps to countries that either do not routinely supply toilet tissue or where the tissue might not seem hygienic. However, it goes without saying that anyone who is sensitive to chemicals in the paper would probably like to consider such a bottle as an alternative to paper. Likewise, if one is concerned about the environment or using a composting toilet, these bottles have a real niche. They are also useful for people with motion issues, such as those recovering from surgery or whose infirmities or lack of agility interfere with good hygiene. There are additional reasons to use such bottles. One can bring one's own water and perhaps reduce the risks associated with potentially contaminated water. It is also possible to medicate the water with essential oils or herbs to reduce risks of various types of microbial and fungal infections. As someone who travels a lot, I find these bottles very useful and I like the fact that this one has a cap for the nozzle. It seems like an extra touch to prevent both leakage and contamination. However, unlike the other models I have bought, this one does not have a carrying bag. Having never used the bags supplied, I do not regard this is a shortcoming. For those who are concerned about where things are made, it would seem this is made in China. The print on the box is mostly in Chinese, but the suggestions for use include various medical conditions such as hemorrhoids and itchiness. The advice is aimed at ladies, but there is no reason that gents would not also find this very useful.Update after long use:A few ago, the little blue tip to the nozzle fell off. There are no threads and no sign of glue. It might therefore have simply been pushed into place. I cannot get it to stay in place. The bottle will still work but without as much control over the water flow and without the ability to direct the water. I think this is a design flaw and could easily be corrected with threads. In the meantime, I will try glue.

Not what I expected
I wanted a squeeze bottle with a better angle for postpartum use. The peri bottle that the hospital provided didn’t angle correctly. I saw this and decided to try it. The design is good and it sprayed at the right angle. However it had a horrible smell to it when I received it. I couldn’t get rid of the smell no matter how many times I washed it with soap and water. The nozzle also doesn’t stay on tightly. If I squeezed the bottle too hard it will come flying off. It wasn’t quite what I expected. I only used a few times and then threw it away.

The only one that doesn't leak or spill. Don't waste your money on a different one.
The others either leak or spill. Read the reviews. This one is big enough to last for days without having to refill. There is a little cover on the end of the tip to keep it clean, even if it gets accidentally knocked over in the bathroom. The bottle feels very soft and smooth, not hard, thick, brittle, or cheap. It sprays in the intended direction. The spray is too broad or narrow.Clearly somebody who is very particular, was in on the design of this.Obviously I'm very happy with mine.

Works
After switching to this i never gone back to tissue wiping unless im outside the house and dont have this with me. Its makes me feel so clean! All u gotta do is spray and dab yourself dry. I have 3 portable bidets sprayer and before you purchase one make sure you get one with a longer neck. This sprayer one is too short and i have to shove this bottle deeper into the toilet. Which grosses me out. So it works, feels great...just get one with a longer neck.

I like it and helps remove the acidic urine off of ...
The reviews helped me select this bottle to purchase, so I thought I should let everyone know that IT DOES what it says it can do. No leaking for me, the bottle doesn't start spraying water until you have it place and squeeze it. It could use a little more power when spraying, but it really is sufficient and gentle for the vajayjay area. I like it and helps remove the acidic urine off of my skin.

Works Well
It's sure cheaper than installing a washlet or a regular bidet. Thankfully no need to hold one's finger over a hole in the bottle to keep it from spraying as you need to do with others that are similar. The volume of the irrigator is adequate, but it depends upon how hard you squeeze. I'll get a spare.

Buy this one! Doesn't spray until you squeeze the bottle
This Leka works as described and it really doesn't drip while you are inverting it for use. And the cover over the nozel is perfect for keeping it clean And, when I cleaned the unit with some dishsoap before first use, the nozel cover held nicely while I was shaking the soapy water.I've tried another that has the stupid airlock on the bottom, which does not work.

Buy this one, it works
It works perfectly every time. There's no air hole to try to keep covered and there is no leaking. Holds nearly 2 cups of water.

Not for me
I only tried it once and it didn't work well. It was awkward to use and the end of the nozzle (with the holes for spraying) fell into the toilet bowl and had to be fished out, yuck. (That alone is a deal breaker.)Even if it had worked, it isn't suitable for what I want to use it (though I realized that before I ordered it). Why does no one seem to make a bottle that one can fill with water and carry around with water in it, then remove the cap and put on the nozzle piece. If I'm using a roadside rest stop, I don't want to have to stop and fill the bottle on my way to the stall; I'd prefer to do that on my way out. It is so difficult to make a bottle with two caps?It is going in the trash because what else can be done with such a personal item?I'm going back to using a damp wash cloth, thank you very much. (I have limited flexibility and standard disposable cloths are neither large enough nor strong enough for me.)
