Worked fine for about 5-6 times. Then it won’t charge. Customer service has been bad. Still waiting for solutions.Have the change to five star review after dealing with their customer service. Got a replacement battery real fast and all worked great. Once that issue was resolved bike is good to do and kid enjoys it a lot

Amazing purchase for our 3 year old plenty of speed for a toddler

This little bike is incredible. I bought 2 for my boys, who were 3 and 5 at the time. My 3 year old took about 6 months to arm up to it, and now that he is 4, he tried it out. My 5 year old rolled with it since day one. Now, the two of them speed around the neighborhood and skate parks like pros. The battery life is good, the speed is perfect for young kids - fast enough to get a bit of a thrill but not so fast they are flying over the handle bars. This is an incredible item for the price. Your kids will love it!The ONLY thing to be prepared for is how quickly they will destroy their shoes. My kids slow down with both the break AND using their toes, so they run through the toes of shoes very quickly.

If I could give this no stars I would. Battery only lasts 30 minutes at most, not 4 hours as advertised. My 4 year old was super excited to get this for his birthday! He got on and took off. 20 minutes later running off a full battery it died along our ride. I had to strap it to the back of my dirt bike and take it home. Was easy to assemble but doesn't last. Also only goes like 5 miles/ hour. I will be asking for a refund and return label!!!!

We have had this bike for right at a year and it has been phenomenal. I have seen a few reviews of people staying in the Customer Service was not the best and after a year of owning it, we had our first problem that involved a warranty replacement originally we had purchased the insurance that went along with this and I started a claim and they told me it was still under warranty so I’ve reached out to the manufacturer and within a few email exchanges I had tracking information of a new battery they were shipping me when I started all this. I was three days from the #Warranty expiring and they had no problem getting this taken care of completely recommend them. The bike has been amazing for the year. We’ve had it and I foresee it lasting way longer than that and our kid rides the crap out of it.

Perfect starter electric bike. Highly recommend if your little one is wanting to just start. Wish the foot stands were a little further out but other than that it's perfect. Actually pretty quick for a balance bike.

We have had this bike 6 months now and it has exceeded my expectations! My 4 year old rides it and my 7. The battery lasts very well and im impressed with the speed! I would recommend it to anyone!

Got this for a 2 year and 10month old. He took to it pretty quick it's a good size. You have to roll it before the throttle works.Only downside is the battery is already failing me 8 days after getting it. Battery life was pretty good (a little low) but now we're at maybe 30-45 min tops before it starts beeping. Pretty disappointing for would be and otherwise phenomenal machine.

I purchased this for my son.The battery lasted a while, but when it came time to charge it the charger would not work.I contacted Hiboy through the amazon app, and they were insanely helpful and got me fixed up better than ever. Again thank you Alice.The bike now charges great and lasts a long time.My son rides on the low speed and we have easily done two, one km walks and the bike still has four green lights for battery level. He loves the fact that he can drive up the hills and not have to get off and walk.I would highly recommend this bike. The quality is great and it feels like an expensive bike. not a cheap Chinese knock off kind of deal.

Bought this when it went on sale this bike and it is the best birthday gift I ever bought for any of my children easy to put together very easy for the child to ride put a helmet on them great memories being made go for a ride with your young child

Purchased this bike for our kids, Stopped charging/working right after amazon return window closed. The charger cable still works, but the bike does not. Tried to find supplier support through order details, only to find this supplier doesn’t provide it. For over $400, definitely not worth it! Do not buy.

Purchased for my granddaughter and she loves it. Well made and holds a charge for a good amount of time. Wish I had an adult one. Who needs pedals.
