Sturdy, waterproof, large enough and tall enough for adult use.
I like the size of the canopy, that it is waterproof, that it is easy to transport to site, easy enough to set up and the legs are sturdy. Used as a shelter from sun while doing garden work. Easy to carry to work site. Kind of heavy but do-able. Provided nice shade ample coverage for work area, and if a shower came up, protected, unlike other canopies. Worth the extra money. Not sure about how durable the canopy fabric is yet but seems to be tough enough to withstand time.

Great canopy at a great price
This canopy is Sturdy. It puts my old 10x10 $100 popup to shame. Quality built thats for sure. It is about 8"x8" x 5' when in the bag, and a little on the heavy side. good thing theres wheels on the bag, in case you need to transport it a good distance. Even the stakes are awesome, 8" long spikes that you couldnt bend if you ran them over with your car. Setup is similar to other popups, and its a tight squezze to get it back in the bag with the top in place, but it fits. (much easier with the top detached and folded up) The only faulting point that I can see, is when you set it up, there are 2 support bars that clip over a bolt with a washer on it.....the brackets on the support bars are plastic, and I fear they will wear over time. I will be fabricating a new set of brackets for mine with some light gauge steel tubing.

Not bad. The other models are sturdier.
I bought another z shade 12x12 and I was highly impressed. This one is very nice but not quite as nice or sturdy as the other one. Still a good shelter.

Great size tent and easy to put together
Very well put together and covers over a large table. After I figured it out it was easy to take down. Fantastic value.

Does exactly what we hoped it would do
Easy to put up. Not as strong as the more expensive one we have, but works great for the price. No tears or pole issues yet (2 months), so that's a good sign. Overall would buy again.

Great value, multiple uses. Fast shipping.
This is my third one of these over a 7 year period. I will buy it until they stop making it. If you take care of it and open and close it properly it will last a long time. Yes it is measured by the foot print and not the top. Yes it is gonna sag if it gets a lot of rain. I have used this for music festivals, camping, catering events. It is large enough to put a small tent under and long enough that you can lower down one end to provide addtional shelter. Before Kmart died i got it there on sale for 119. I have seen them occasionally for 129.One improvement i would like to see is more velcrow attaching on the sides. Instead of loops add them to the frame like in the corners. Also, arrived a day early from shipper.

12x14 is not 12x14. False advertising.
Sold as a 12x14 canopy. I purchased this to go over a 10x12 metal shed I built into an office for my fiancé. I insulated with foam board but even still, when it rains it's too loud to hear or be heard when on conference calls. I bought this to go over the shed and dampen the noise. The legs are angled way out and I'm assuming g that is where they are measuring from. The furthest possible point foot to foot. The actual canopy itself is not even 10 feet wide and maybe 12 feet long. I bought it during the summer to put up in the winter. So it's too late for a return now. But man am I mad. You can't advertise a car as all wheel drive becauseyou technically drive on all of the wheels. And you can't say that a canopy is a 12x14 because you can technically stretch the legs apart far enough to get them 12 feet apart. Not honest, Not cool. Wasted my money.
