Warm up a small amount with your fingers and apply to your face. A small amount (apox. 1/2 teaspoon) is all you'll need. It's not sticky or greasy. There's no scent and (I think) no added color. Cream is white. Absorbed immediately. My skin is thinning and needs intense moisture; this works. Comes in glass container; easy to recycle. Will buy again. It’s super lightweight and dries so quickly. It doesn’t leave behind a tacky residue. The scent is awesome. As someone with mild scent sensitivities, this is a great choice. While almost no product is truly scentless, this one has a very mild smell that dissipates quickly. Overall, I would recommend this as a daytime moisturizer for those looking to combat mild dryness. If you have extremely dry skin, I think that there are more aggressive options that might work better.

The jar claims that it can be used as a thick hydrating cream at night, so that's what I did: I used a bit more than I would during the day, and slathered a generous amount onto my skin as part of my night routine. This cream felt very luxe and moisturizing. It didn't have a scent at all. Massaging it into my skin felt so good--usually I press moisturizer into my skin, but the directions said to massage this in, and I did that. It felt great to take slightly more cream than I usually would, and smooth it into my face. It felt refreshing, and my skin felt elastic and moisturized when I was done. When I woke up, my skin was dewy and smooth. Even after washing the moisturizer off, my skin felt silky. This cream is perfect for me. I have dryer skin that especially needs more moisture going into the colder season. I will be using this at night more and more often. I will also probably be using this during the day, because my skin will be getting really dry, the further into winter we get. Highly recommended.

I like this cream and it surprised me that it says for morning and nightly use, as it feels more of a night cream finish. But being near 60, it works for me as a day cream as I need a richer cream. It leaves skin with a little more radiance than many plain day creams. There is a shine to it, which may not work for some. To me it looks youthful instead of matte (which doesn't flatter me). It is soothing and absorbs quickly. Feels nice. i use it with Benefit's Porefessional primer after, and then Charlotte Tilbury's stick foundation after that, and it does NOT pill at all (unlike many moisturizers). The three work together well and my makeup lasts all day so it doesn't slip. Highly recommend.
