This came at the perfect time. I’ve had it on my wishlist forever, and finally decided to treat myself. I wanted this because sometimes I just need the reminder to hold on and keep going. I received it when I was supposed to, and while it was a little complicated to get on even with my super small wrists it fit perfectly once on. My best friend lost her mother the day I received it, and I put it on the day I took her to the funeral home to make the final arrangements. While I was getting dressed and putting it on I kept thinking of how much she needed this. It wouldn’t leave my mind. While we were sitting there waiting for the funeral director to come to the room to talk with us, it crossed my mind again. I took it off told her I couldn’t stop thinking of how she needed this. When I handed it to her I told her to read the inside. My friend hasn’t smiled once in the three days since her mother passed, but when she read it she smiled and has continued to say it is perfect. This cuff is the gift that keeps giving in my opinion. And I will be purchasing another one as soon as I decide to splurge for myself again. Hopefully something terrible like this doesn’t happen again, but if it does I know this will help to lift anyone’s spirit during a dark time.

I bought this as a gift for my friend who had recently (as in, within the month) lost her husband. I knew from experience that it's within that time, you really don't want 'company' but you find in retrospect that you did. You spend lots of nights pouring over your choices in life; were they good ones or bad? Did he REALLY know what he meant to me? Then after the first three months, as the phone stops ringing with condolences, "where are they now that I need them?" Then you start counting your friends by who was there, who came out to pay their respects, and you come up short. Of course this isn't rational, but it's part of the healing process, learning how to let go. This person is too dear to me to lose. With this bracelet quietly and gently reminding her that I care, I know I won't. The bracelet was beautiful and perfectly understated so it will be my message to only her. I bought several of these as gifts and kept one for myself. We all love them! They're quite unique with the discreet engraving on the inside of the cuff. I don't wear a lot of jewelry because I tend to be hard on it, but this bracelet has yet to show any dings or scratches. Granted, I've only had it for a few days, but it seems to be of good quality. I'm enjoying wearing mine every day and hope it continues to hold up. Based on my experience so far I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another one.

I’m pretty hit or miss with things on my wrist, like watches and bracelets. I wasn’t sure I was going to wear it a lot. I saw this at a time when there was a lot going on and having a constant reminder of a pep talk was just what I needed. I’ve worn it for two months straight and it hasn’t bothered me at all. I don’t need to take it off constantly for showering (like my Fitbit) and it doesn’t snag on my clothes, like most other bracelets I’ve had. Definitely a great buy, and something I’d gift to others.

So, I ordered this bangle thinking it would look a lot like a bangle my mom got me which is looking a little tired and old after only 4 months of wearing (it started off as "kinda" shiny). I was completely surprised when my Joycuff arrived super shiny! It's so much nicer than my other cuff I had to move it to a different arm because the other cuff suffers by comparison. Not only that, but it's harder to bend than the other cuff which makes me think it's of sturdier construction. If that wasn't enough, the whole package came in a cute as pie box. If I hadn't bought it for myself, I'd have an easy time gifting it to anyone with little to no effort.

So far so good. This is my first cuff bracelet in a while so my big fear is warping form long term wear. It looks great, just like the picture and the packaging is really nice too. Would absolutely buy some for friends, already looking into it. Well priced so I'm not really worried. Has held up pretty well doing dishes and chores.

LOVE these bracelets!! I believe in having Grit in your daily work and projects. This bracelet embraces grit by sending the message to press on, even when it seems too hard. The message is powerful, yet so simplistic in delivery. Some people will not like to use of a curse word, but I’ve given 6 of them as gifts to women at our large, established and professional place of employment and they loved them. The bracelet is durable and as described. Not sure how they will hold up in water, so I take it off before showering. For the price, it’s a great buy.
