My out of box impression is that it is well worth the money. I have owned several bikes but this is my first e-bike. I've ridden some others that were twice the price and this one seems equal but not as heavy, which is a good thing.Assembled it in about an hour and had it out on the road after fully charging the battery about 2 hours later. Rode it around tonight for about 35 minutes and battery showed no depreciation.

It is what it is for $400. I have had mine for 8 months and so far put on ~400 miles. The bike still looks good as new (i clean it after each ride) and I have not had any problems. I would recommend getting better tires as the stock tires are very soft and get low tire pressure after afew weeks of riding. The bike takes off quickly and has lots of power when it is fully charged, once you get down to three bars you notice a decrease in power, you will still get to 21 MPH but it is a ramp up vs an explosion. All-n-all, for $400 bucks it is a great deal. Great for commutes and chilling on bike trails. I would buy again. Oh, did want to add that my bike was delivered to the wrong address. The delivery folks took a pix of the delivery location. I walked the neighborhood and was able to find the house and they reluctantly gave me my bike :-) .

Absolutely amazing... More power then I thought and once I upgraded the seat is very comfortable. Not so easy to put together ... but my son figured it out and got it together quickly. This eBike has great assist so that I can still ride the trails and sidewalks and bike paths with Osteoarthritis.

Fast ship, packaged well and pretty easy assembly. Charged her up and went for a spin and everything seemed to check out perfectly. My 2nd E-Bike and this is just what I wanted and needed. Will see how it does over time but first impression is all good and overall seems to be a good value.

Knowing when I made this purchase that it was an inexpensive way to have an Ebike. I was fully prepared to find the quality a bit suspect but as it goes and after using the bike now for a few weeks my suspicion has turned into surprise at how the bike is built as well as all of the functions (gears, frame structure, brakes, display) being good quality. As far as the ride goes the seat lacked a bit to be desired (width especially) but that was an easy fix the shaft fits most styles bicycle seats. All in all the Funhang EB M1 is easy out of the box to assemble and would recommend this Ebike it is everything it was advertised to be for the price. My only warning is that some the parts themselves as well as the screws are made of aluminum recognize them and do not overtorque these screws, you will lose threading. ( so no , I did know it would happen so I was careful.)

Very good bike, I just have a small problem and that is that the rear caliper screw is stripped. I have contacted the company but I cannot send them photos in the way they asked me.
