The Pappardelle accessories, compatible with the MARCATO Atlas 150 and Atlasmotor pasta machines, is ideal for preparing flat, long pasta with square cross section and a diameter of 10 mm, perfect for combining with special and refined sauces. The accessories are made of durable chrome-plated steel, while the rollers and combs are exclusive patents from MARCATO The rollers are made of food-safe anodised aluminium and the combs are made of polymer resin to avoid the appearance of harmful metal particles on the pasta. Cleaning the accessories is made easier by the removable combs: with a simple brush, you can easily remove pasta residues. The accessories are not washable by hand or in the dishwasher. The accessories are made entirely by MARCATO S.p.A. Made in Italy.
