Nice item but not insulated
Received promptly and is a good quality product with attractive packaging but it is not double walled or insulated. You would be better off with a double walled travel mug if you would like your drink to retain its heat for longer.

Damnaged packaging
The original price was left on the product (£4) and now I feel like I overpaid. The packaging was in a bad condition upon arrival
