Sooo beautiful.
Soooo beautiful and easy to install. A little expensive but felt worth it to me. Not sticky to the touch so it’s super easy to install. You did need a spray bottle with soapy water for installation. Although it wasn’t my reason for purchasing, it does provide privacy. It is thick and pretty durable but one of the two rolls I bought came a little ripped. I didn’t mind because when I stuck it to the window; you couldn’t even see the rip.

Honestly, I love it
I don't think I've ever written a review for a product until this. I wanted to cover my second-floor bedroom windows because I don't love being The Naked Neighbor. I spent a good amount of time comparing different options and I'm really glad I landed on this one. Pros — • Colors are vibrant (and the roll I got had the perfect balance of blues, greens, and ambers for my liking) • The texture is impressively authentic to stained glass • 🙏🤌No adhesive🤌🙏 The vinyl basically suctions itself to your window with water, giving you the ability to perfect the placement before squeegeeing the excess water out • Relatively easy to apply once you’ve gotten over the hump of measuring and cutting. Took me probably 90 minutes to both windows (plus another 30ish for the accent piece on the top), including measuring and cutting • Throws some really nice, subtle hues around the room when hit with direct sunlight; of which this room gets plenty in midday • Provides privacy and reduces the intensity of light coming in but doesn’t darken the room. Even looks great through my lace curtains Cons — • Backing paper doesn’t have grid lines to make measuring/cutting simple. I had a hard time making sure my cuts were straight • That’s it! Tips — • Measure and cut your pieces first 1000% don’t even bother any other way • Unroll and re-roll in the opposite direction and let it sit for a minute or two to flatten it out some before trying to measure and cut. Save yourself the frustration of it rolling back up constantly • Keep a towel handy to soak up the excess water. I closed a dish towel in the window over the sill to keep it in check and that worked like a charm Overall I’m thrilled with how this turned out. I legitimately smile every time I look at my windows. Money and time well spent 🤝

beautiful, but buy extra if you have big windows
tldr: beautiful, easy to put up, functional, but if you buy multiple rolls, don't expect them to be the same and it may mean you need to buy extra to cover the amount of intended space really beautiful up and helpful to add privacy to my space as well as reduce the light i see from my neighbors window across the alley. however, i ordered two rolls of this for a window. i expected the panels to be the same thing, so i could easily tile them. they were cut at different points which meant that i had to cut off a good 4-5 inches to get from the edges to get a tilable section. one panel had the purple lines right at the edge, the next panel edge was cut halfway between the diamond shape in the middle. the heights were also different. so it made the outer borders of my second sheet essentially unusable (i took a picture of some of the scraps). PLUS you can see that they are slightly different sizes (which you can see in the first image) this wouldn't be super noticeable if i maintained the design as it was meant to be but i had plans for the rest of the panels elsewhere and didn't want to cut anymore. i used to put decals on storefronts so this was a breeze for me to put up, and better than some of those flimsy stickers because it's quite thick with some texture to it. i imagine it will be easy to come off and don't expect it to leave any damage on the window.

like real stained glass!
SO GORGEOUS!!! And so so easy. The patterns matched up between rolls and were easy to cut to fit. Probably took me less than an hour! I used a box cutter on a craft cutting mat. The texture adds so much- it looks pretty much like real stained glass and I’ve gotten so many compliments on it!!! I’ve included pics in the day time, night time (where the texture really stands out) and from outside our door. It’s awesome that the pattern is still visible from the other side- and it allow for a lot of privacy. Highly highly recommend!

Gorgeous
This film is high quality compared to some other window films I've bought. Some films are very thin and flimsy and difficult to work with, but this is thicker and textured and easier to smooth out. Also, the designs are gorgeous and light catching. I had new windows put in and decided to put this film on the bottom panes for privacy and light. A friend who came over thought I had paid extra to have stained glass windows installed. She was amazed when I told her it was just a film I put on the glass myself. I recommend that before you install you unroll it and then re-roll in the opposite direction so the ends don't curl so much. Measure your window pane and then cut with an extra 1/2 to 1 inch. Also, cut from the bottom of the roll instead of the top so you have a nice clean edge at the top as you're placing it on the window. Use lots of water when applying. I put a little bit of dish soap in the water. Use the squeegee going from top to bottom and center to edges.
