It won't completely alter your body but slims the hips and stomach area with enough support to move around. The quality is great for the price, it's thick but breathable still. I like the overall fit and the fact that I can button my suit jacket again. My problem is with the inserts around the belly, they are itchy like no other! I turned it inside out to keep the stitches from scratching me all day. When it’s inside out the business hole doesn’t sit properly and I find my self ballroom dancing to get my personals in position. A bigger ballroom would be nice, you know, to keep your dancer from sitting in the corner.

I love these. I have a few others but these offer the best support. I'm just shy of 5'8, 148 pounds, waist 30-32 (depending on brand), and I wear medium underwear. I purchased 2 of these at the same time, both mediums, and it's true to size. I've had back surgery, I have several herniated discs, arthritis, and spinal stenosis. I prefer these over my back brace. I also had inguinal hernia repair in my 20s back in 2013. The mesh causes a lot of pain. These offer more support than any hernia belt I've tried and feel even better than my previous shape wear. I have a small frame but I was formally obese. I've had the weight off since early 20s but my skin was only slighlty loose. I gained about 70 pounds, and lost it, in my early 30s but this time my skin didn't tighten back up. These flatter my figure really well! It helps to see my image in the mirror and how thin I truly am. It has helped with body dysmorphic thoughts. I'm also on the spectrum and the constant pressure is so reassuring. On intense days I'll wear these, a compression top, blast my ac, and go under my weighted blanket. I'm asleep in 5 minutes. I will say they are very stiff at first and can be uncomfortable. I had to take them off and thought about returning them but I liked some aspects. After a few washes (always air dried) they are perfect. I ordered 2 on June 8th 2026 it's now July 10th qp26 and I'm ordering 3 more.

Horrible. Shapewear did not work for what I needed. I needed this to try and slim me down to fit on roller coasters at Kings Island and these things just made everything worse

So I gave a two star because description and reviews where not as advertised. I love the design and the way it is made really works for men in ways no other product does and would recommend, however, I suggest down sizing. Example. I wear a xl and wanted a little more flat front, so got an xl. I might as well have worn a medium tee shirt. It would have done better. Recommend sizing one size down to get the "advertised" effects needed.

I’m very disappointed with this product. I tried using it at different heights, but it caused significant discomfort and pain in my testicles each time. That does not seem safe or healthy, especially from a reproductive health perspective. I only used it twice before deciding to throw it away. Not worth the money, and I would not recommend it.
