The key of the refrigerator was not delivered

10-Year Compressor Warranty Not Honored by Hisense
My Hisense unit failed after only 3 years. While they claim a 10-year compressor warranty, their 3rd party vendor (Better Life) still charges AED 622.50 just to fix it (AED 150 for inspection + AED 472.50 for gas). By the time you pay for labor and consumables, the warranty is almost' useless. Save your money and buy a reputed brand with better build quality and honest service.

Worst delivery. Quality is ok
The fridge is ok. It os working properly. But delivery system is totally worsted. It will wait extra two three days more. And to kill your excitement.
