TOPWIT 2L Electric Pot, Non-Stick Portable Ramen Cooker, Dual Power

I’ve been using the TOPWIT Hot Pot Electric with Steamer for about six months now, and I wanted to share my experience. I usually bring this pot to the office since I work full time, and it has made preparing lunch very convenient. The pot heats up quickly, which saves a lot of time during busy workdays. I often cook simple meals like noodles, rice, vegetables, or hot pot at noon, and it works efficiently every time. The size is perfect for personal use, and the non-stick surface makes cleaning easy after meals. Overall, it’s very practical for office use and daily cooking. After half a year of use, it still works well and feels reliable. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a compact and convenient electric pot for quick meals.

Works great so far! Bought this for a 2 week work trip and so far its cooked everything from rice to various cuts of meat and pasta. I will say I dont think this product will last for an extended period of time but for the price point I can't complain. The build quality seems sturdy enough between the handle to the pot. I will say be careful when cleaning, water could find its way between the shell and pot and seep down to the heating element. The included spatula is very nice and easy to clean. The non stick coating on the pot makes for super easy cleanup. I mainly used the number 1 heat setting and it was plenty to get water boiling and cook meat without smoking up a small hotel room. Overall im completely satisfied and would recommend to anyone traveling or in a small apartment.

I’m very happy with this electric pot. It heats up quickly, cooks evenly, and is very easy to use and clean. The steamer works great for vegetables and other healthy meals. It’s compact but has enough space for everyday cooking. Overall, it’s a great value for the price, and I would definitely recommend it

I want to start by saying I loved this hot pot. It quickly became one of my favorite kitchen appliances. I used it for mac and cheese, grilled cheese (seriously the best I’ve ever had), tortellini, and even reheated leftovers like pizza and burritos—everything cooked perfectly and evenly. The pot heats quickly, cleans easily, and the included silicone spatula was a nice touch. Unfortunately, after about a week of regular use, I ran into a serious safety concern. On one use, after boiling noodles, I tilted the pot to drain them and noticed a large puddle of murky water had formed beneath it. I discovered that water had seeped inside the appliance between the inner metal pot and the outer plastic casing. There’s no seal between the two layers, so when tilting the pot to pour something out, water can accidentally get inside—very risky for an electric appliance. As someone who is very careful with my kitchen gadgets, especially those that shouldn't get wet, I was alarmed. I didn’t feel safe using it again, even after drying it out. That said, I have to commend TopWit’s customer service. I contacted them directly, explained the issue, and not only did they issue me a full refund within 24 hours, they also said they were escalating the matter to higher management to investigate further. That kind of response speaks volumes about the company and their commitment to customer safety. I truly hope this issue gets resolved, because otherwise this pot was everything I wanted. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 1 because of how much I loved it before the issue, and because of the excellent customer service. But I do want to warn others—be careful when draining or tilting the pot, and keep an eye out for internal water buildup. If this gets fixed in future models, I’d definitely consider buying from TopWit again.

What a pleasant surprise;it cooks fast or slowly although the simmer is faster then usual, It is a perfect size for side dishes,rice, noodles,vegetables. Has steam\drain holes. You can cook meat and it works well. 'Easy clean up' Does 'Not' burn but gets over Done, if you leave it unattended

I recieved my pot, however the lid was wrapped and would not cover properly. There were notes all over the box asking customers to reach out via email. So reluctantly I did. All I can say is Wow, good customer service does exist! The responder the next day. I sent pictures and the oder info per their request and by the third email They told me a new item was being shipped out. They were very apologetic. It was wonder ful experience. I was able to use the pot with out the laid. And it's wonderful. Heats up fast, not very heavy. The location of the switch is perfect. My other pot had it to close to the mouth and liquid would often cause the pot to shut off. Even the underside is more sealed so accidental spillage doesn't run down and end up leaking to the element under the pot. The spatial is great long handle and sturdy. I've already dropped it and the lid..and it held up no problems(I have tile so dropping tends to shatter break stuff) great price well worth it!

Love this pot. Very well made. Not cheap an thin feeling. Make sure you spent the extra few dollars to get that steamer basket. It steams perfect cabbage. I can't wait to experience more food. This is going to be great to cook almost anything but I don't think thick stews or gravy will cook very well because the low setting is still a hard cook/boil. I don't think it would be great for a slow simmer. But for everything I want it for its perfect. You campers out there like me, this is a perfect pot to cook multiple things. Update:: even on low settings you have to be careful when steaming. To much water it boils over and if not enough or steam to long it will dry up on you. There is no way to see the water level unless you lift the hot steaming basket off an look.

i want to like this pot because of the steamer it comes with and how easy it is to cook with it. but washing it is tricky, its not completely water proof because there is a small crack between the pot and plastic shell of the its in where water could seep through. everytime i sip my soup straight from the pot, theres a weird taste that tasted like how i imagine battery juice, and im sure my soup seeped into the pot too because after a few uses it tastes even worse. the lid is glass and the part that cooks ur food is metal, but the rest is plastic, i liked the straight handle design before but its rlly easy to knock over if ure clumsy. look for a pot where the pot isnt built into the heating compartment, make ur life even easier than using this one

I ordered this pot it stopped working after a couple of weeks I am very disappointed I would never buy this again this was the second time buy this and same thing happened

Very pleased with this versatile saucepan especially the steam basket to cook veg at same time as main

It works very well but so far I have not been able to remove the bowl for proper cleaning!
