Is the watch band hard to adjust?

It's not difficult, it can be resized with the matching tool by following the steps in the video above.

If the tool is missing, you can look for us and we will arrange for a replacement.

What should you do if the needle of the tool bends during the process of resizing the watch band?

Each set of tools comes with two replaceable needles, which you can unscrew and replace. Also, you can use pliers to straighten the needle. Of course, you can also contact our team to send you another set of tools.

Why does the needle of the tool bend during the process of resizing the watch band?

During the band resize process, make sure that the rounded end of the pin on the band is facing the needle of the tool. Also, the band and the tool are on the same horizontal plane. This way, the force is applied correctly and the process is easier.
