I purchased this mask as I was going on a vacation with two 11 plus hour flights. I thought this would be a great way to relax and sleep on the flight. It worked perfectly. The fit is nice and comfortable. I like the satin against my eyes. The mask heats up very quickly and it very soothing. Its super easy to charge. I like that there are two shells. I can use one and them my husband uses the other one. The strap is easily adjustable for his head vs mind. That makes it super easy for us to both use when needed. I like that there are three different levels of heat. Personally, the lowest level is best for me. Its nice that it turns off automatically, so that I don't need to worry when I fall asleep with it on. Overall this is a great mask. It provides the comfort and relief that is needed.

Since I've been using this eye heating mask, the quality of my sleep has improved a lot. Spending many hours on the phone and the computer for work I felt a lot of discomfort in my eyes and I couldn't concentrate to sleep. It is easy to use and rechargeable so I use it even at work during my rest schedule. It has several levels of heat and turns off automatically after a while. I also like that it is made of a light material and can be disassembled and washed, it fits well to the head without disturbing. I would have preferred the load to last a little longer but in its complexity it is a very good option.

Just received my heated eye mask and it does the trick - unclugs oils inside my meibomian glands. I have used microwavable eye mask for 20 years for dry eyes with overall good satisfaction in terms of efficacy. However, they do require a microwave, which is often not avaiable when traveling. This product provided the perfect solution as they do not require a microwave, just the ablility to recharge. While I really like the product so far, I deducted one point for the limitation of heat intensity on the high setting (this may be personal preference) and because they are a bit pricey. Other than those two points, they fit nicely ( have an adustable strap), retain heat, are very comfortable to wear, and so very convenient. Would recommend.

I was excited to try this heated eye mask, but it has been very disappointing. It stopped charging properly after a short time, and when it does charge, the battery drains extremely fast. For the price, I expected much better quality and reliability. Unfortunately, this product did not meet my expectations at all.
