Perfect for mobile remote workers
I work remote, so I work from different locations often, and need a full workstation setup similar to what I'd have at home. As such, I need everything I carry with me to be compact, light, and as functional as possible. I carry my laptop, full TKL mechanical keyboard, mouse, 18" 4K monitor, and all the cables/adapters I could need. Space and weight are at a premium as a result. I previously had a super heavy (yet robust) portable monitor stand that did the trick, but didn't offer much height to get to near eye-level at a desk - so I had to prop it up with a book, or a ream of paper. Not an ideal solution. Then, I found this portable monitor stand. Honestly, I'm blown away at the quality of the build- it feels solid and well-made, and it stands firm (remember, the trick is to adjust and tighten the screws, and balance the screen to the position of the feet). The VESA stand fits and works perfectly well with my portable monitor's 75 x 75 VESA mount, and is stable. For the price, this is sincerely one of my most favorite pieces of kit in terms of value, because it's not just a portable monitor stand... you can use it as a selfie stick, a tripod for a camera/phone/GoPro/Insta360, etc. ALSO - HIDDEN BONUS - everything takes a standard 1/4" tripod screw, so you can mount the system to monopods, or anything you can think of. And, finally - portability... this can be packed "horizontally" with everything taken apart, or you can keep the tripod + pole + ballhead together for "vertical" storage in a backpack... so it's super portable. EXACTLY what I needed for my remote workstation bag. Seriously, no idea why Amazon says this is "frequently returned", because I freakin' love this thing. Buy this *NOW*.

Great for on the go usage
Iโm a college student who works around campus a lot, and this has been really useful for my setup. I use it to hold a second portable monitor so I can have a more complete workspace wherever I go. The material feels solid and durable, and itโs easy to travel with. It also adjusts smoothly, making it simple to get the monitor to the right height. Overall, it works great for supporting a second screen on the go.

works well enough
I'm using this for a travel monitor stand. Previously I was just putting the travel monitor on a flat surface, be it a table or desk but I wanted something that allowed me to put the monitor in potrait and brought it up to head level so I wasn't crouching down to view the monitor. There are alot of these inexspensive stands out there but I took a shot at this one. It works fine, I like that everything folds down and seperates, so it takes up less space in my bags. The only complain I have is that I have to really wrench down on the ball in order for the monitor to stay in place. It works but that's the only thing I hope the manufacturer would improve on.

Sturdy tripod
Bought a few tripods for my portable screen buy they always had the same problem: they were not sturdy enough to keep the screen in place, they were flimsy. This is the first tripod that I bought that is sturdy enough to keep the screen were and how I want it. Plus it is compact and light enough.

Versatile, lightweight stable, and Durable
Was about to buy the ASUS 4k travel monitor and stand. This stand comes with a small VESA mount that is quite slim and quite lightweight. It folds down into a pretty small, but longer for travel or to slide in my work backpack. All the adjustments allow for good stability and the ability to get my monitor into the right spot to help be productive in my workday. Great value for the price and have a nice build quality to it.

Pay cheap get cheap!
Terrible!! Completely understandable once portable monitor is attached. I'd be amazed if an actual engineer designed this. If one did they need to go back to school.

Great Monitor Stand for Travels
I needed a lightweight & compact monitor stand for travels This would be a great mini-stand if the 360 ball head could STAY SECURED at the monitor's desired angles

Can support a lot of weight
It can just about support an Apple Studio Display that I travel around with. Ordered about 4-5 different tripods until I found this lightweight but strong one.

Portable monitor stand
This is exactly the type of product I was looking for, easy to bring with me when travelling, not too bulky but solid and sturdy enough for handling my portable monitors. I have 2 17โ monitors, unfortunately without vesa ready standard, so I had to opt for a different attachment to the stands. I can say I am really pleased with this product.
