Strongly Recommended! I purchased the DIGISMART Emerald Induction 2500 Watts in February 2025, and I am thrilled to write this review after several months of daily use. This product is truly awesome and has completely transformed my cooking experience. The standout feature is its incredible power. It genuinely delivers on its promise of 2500 watts, providing instant and consistent heat. Whether I'm boiling water rapidly, simmering a delicate sauce, or frying, the heat control is excellent. It has fulfilled my every cooking need without any fuss. I am particularly impressed with the build quality and design. I ordered this product in March 2026 and it worked for 3 months before failing. When I contacted the company for support, they have asked me to courier the product to Delhi as they don't have any support centers in Chennai region. They say the product has a 1 year warranty but it seems to be a use and throw product. I would strongly advise against buying this product of you are not in the Delhi region. In over a hundred product reviews, this is only my second 1 star review.

Good product

I just got the product and the seems good and working for now just fine. But I’m really disappointed by the product packaging there is no Amazon’s packaging and the fragile tag was not there they only packed with simple transparent tap. How can you be this careless about the packaging with breakable thing.

Very nice working

This appears to be a very poor quality product. It got defective within 5 months and when approached for warranty replacement, they asked to send the product to Delhi at our expense which we did. However they replaced the item with a very old and repaired one which is in a very shabby way. The video attached is of the defective one which we sent to them wherein DigiSmart is not written in the product where as the one which they replaced has it (DigiSmart written on the top). The product has a one year warranty and instead of replacing the product with a new one or repairing the one which we sent to them, they unilaterally replaced the product with a very old repaired one which is under no way acceptable. When we raised the issue with them they are denying the fact that they have replaced the product. Now we are planning to approach consumer protection court for resolution.
