Yoga Bars are very delicious, crunchy and fruity in taste. It has a very good chocolate flavor and can be used as on-the-go breakfast food. It does not have any preservatives in it, making it a bit more healthy food product. Each Breakfast Protein bar is made up of Whole grains, seeds and nuts which gives you plenty of fibre, carbs, protein, healthy fats with natural vitamin and minerals. Each packet comes with 8g Protein, 7g fibre and 10g whole grain nutritional contents. It's best alternative of our routine breakfast without calories and all. Total 6 bars : 2 Blueberry Pie, 2 Apricot and Fig, 1 Apple Cinnamon, 1 Almond and Coconut - 50g Bar Each. Although it is mention as breakfast bar, its a good alternative for mid meals too. While on a long journey or after a workout, all we do it crave for food. While the health conscious people, like the ones working out, get their preference selected well in advance, the no-so-conscious ones are one having any types of food thereby leading to various issues. Although I am not an ardent health conscious person, I generally avoid junk food and thereby look out for energy bars and the likes to curb my hunger issues. Yoga Bar has been around making noises in Amazon and felt like ordering it. The bar has a 2:1 protein to carb ratio and is devoid of any useless or harmful products such as transfer or processed sugar. In addition to that, it does not have any preservatives in it, making it a bit more attractive. The taste of the bars are good if compared with other bars in the market, but, if you expecting some tasty flavory product you will be quite disappointed. The price of the bars are quite costly and the nutrient information is not displayed in the product description or even in the images which makes me deduct a star from the total rating. Overall, it is a good product to grab on deals.

They taste like chocolate fudge, just less sweet. Both of which are good things I believe. The serving size is huge and filling, 20 grms protein per bars is quite good, 300 mg of omega 3 is pretty good too. And these may come under clean eating as per their ingredient list. Only thing they could improve is, instead of rice bran oil, the manufacturer could use cold pressed coconut oil. These have shelf life of only 4 months which is a good thing I believe because less preservatives must be used. These are on the expensive side but whey is expensive. I do want to know from the manufacturer whether they have used whey concentrate or whey isolate? Shoutout to yogabars people- some more flavours please! Also something like rxbars. Edit - I checked with them, it contains whey isolate, which is great! Changing my rating from 4 to 5 stars. Edit 2: having tried ALL the popular protein bars in USA and Singapore, including the much hyped ‘quest bars’, I prefer only these yoga bars. These are not sickeningly sweet, no nasty ingredients or harmful sweeteners, and now after trying everything out there, I feel yoga bars are extremely reasonably priced. Also. They taste sooo good (baked brownie and hazelnut toffee flavours), they actually satisfy my chocolate cravings. A great on the go breakfast or a light dinner. Or an afternoon pick me up.

It's very dry, hard and chewy and has absolutely no sugar and all the different flavours taste the same. Its taste is so horrible, it has to be swallowed with water. It also caused uneasiness for me after eating this bar. I do not recommend it at all. I had ordered both Yoga Bar (for its high number of good reviews) and Whole Truth (reviews were less but were very good) and I can definitely say after trying both you should go with whole truth with closed eyes.

I wanted to try some healthy snack option . After going through different brands, I finally bought this yoga bar. Pros: High 20g protein which is whey and NO soy Good fibre content Edible taste No preservatives No added sugar Easy to carry All three flavours are great Cons: It leaks oil as it is natural from seeds.
