Looks authentic, great price
This is a great bulb and looks very authentic as a flame when placed in a fixture where the bulb is hidden or mostly disguised (or from a distance). It’s much brighter than other flicker bulbs I have used so it provides enough light to see and read, not just as a decorative accent. It’s on the large side so it needs ample space wherever you are placing it. It gets five stars because, for the price, it’s about as good as it gets.

Gives the look!
I am very surprised by how much I like this. The bulb has been placed in a bronze floor lamp with a pierced screen instead of a traditional shade. I worried that being able to see the bulb would lessen the effect so I placed pieces of parchment between the bulb and the screen. (I find the bulb itself to be ugly)It looks amazing!

Great for Halloween lighting, or your Goth mansion
I bought several different brands of these recently and all have performed well. They slightly vary in color shade -some are yellowy, some more orangey, while others run to a peachy-orange (my favorite), but all are good. They look best with a translucent glass diffuser shade. They put out much more light than traditional flicker bulbs.

Kool Fire Light!
This is an excellent flame light for those who like to spend time outside in the patio and feels more natural like camping or like to have a special dinner night at home.

ok effect but doesn’t flicker to start with.
bulb was bought for the flicker effect. it flickers but takes a while to get it to switch to the flickering function. a flickering bulb should come in in the flicker function not as a solid orange light. now the test is to see if it last the 30,000 hours it claims to.

Love this light
Love this light. Easy install. Only 4w of power being used. It flickers like a real candle. Perfect for Halloween.

Pretty Cool
The lightbulb looks cool in person, but it wasn’t great for what I wanted. Doesn’t work with most video because of the Hz. It doesn’t always work when first turned on either.
