Best on the market!
We've been using this for a couple months now and we absolutely love it! I was hesitant to buy this because there are way cheaper options on the market, but let me tell you it is worth every penny!! When our microwave died, I wanted to replace it with one of these ovens instead. My favorite thing that sets this apart from others is the low temp... On the proofing setting the temp setting is 85-100. This allows me to soften butter, defrost chicken, proof bread... So versatile! Other ovens didn't go lower than around 150-250. Another thing I love is the size... You can reheat 2 plates at once! I can fit my 12" long loaf pans and a 13" pizza! I have not missed my microwave one bit and we end up using this more than my actual oven. For a family of 6, that says a lot! -It's aesthetically beautiful and super easy to clean. -Lots of preset cooking options that make it easy for even my kids to use. -The timer alarm is not loud or obnoxious. -It automatically turns to the warming setting when the timer is done so you don't have to worry about your food getting cold if you don't get to it right away. -The oven preheats in minutes! The only thing I wish was different is that it doesn't have a rotating option for roasting or rotisserie. I would have liked that, but with all the other wonderful things about this I wouldn't trade it for an oven that does have that option. I also wish the company sold extra sheet pans for this oven because you could fit 2 pizzas or 2 air fry baskets or sheet pans, but the oven only comes with one of each.

Donโt buy. Save your money
Buyer beware. Please read this review and save your money. It's NOT engineered for long-term use with messier foods. Ceramic interior + pretty knobs does NOT equal good engineering for greasy cooking. They're selling the idea of clean cooking, not the real solution. Inside the GreenPan: โข exposed upper AND lower heating elements โข poor airflow control โข ceramic walls that absorb and burn grease โข shallow grease tray โข vent placement that leaks โข uneven heating โข splatter amplification It's built like a display appliance - gorgeous, modern, aesthetic - NOT like a "family with kids who cooks bacon 4 times a week" appliance. But they don't tell you that. Because if they did, nobody would pay $399. 3. The marketing hides the real-life mess factor Their ads say: "Easy to clean!" "PFAS-free!" "HexHeat technology!" "Healthy cooking!" None of that warns you: X "Grease will coat every internal surface." X "Bacon will turn your oven into a fog machine." X "Ceramic walls will hold burnt oil forever." X "Oil will drip out through vents and onto your counter." And user reviews don't reveal this until people have been using it for MONTHS, which I have already noticed. Save your money. Itโs not worth $400

I haven't decided if I like it or not
I just received my oven today. I wasn't going to choose this one due to the reviews and also the price seems high. I bake tortilla crusted tilapia and it turned out so great. I was very impressed. Tomorrow I'm going to make a hamburger potato casserole and see how that turns out. What I don't like it this takes forever to turn off because you have to wait for the fan to turn off. Also you have to be careful pulling out the grates because they will scatch up the insides easily. I already noticed a small scatch when I slide out one of the grates. I'm not happy about that. I guess most ovens will scatch easily. Since this cost so much they should of made these ovens a lot better that's my complaint on this. Everything better work good on this oven for the price I paid. This oven is beautiful I love the color.. I'm unsure right now about this oven. I don't like the way it turns off. I will use it for a week to see if I get used to it and how it cooks food if I decide to return We'll see I guess but overall I'm happy with it for now

Easy to clean
The ceramic coating makes it very easy to clean the interior and the accessory basket and drip pan. I use warm soapy water and a gentle cloth for the interior, and a mesh sponge for the wire basket and pan. Oven pre-heats quickly. I'm not a fan of the digital control knobs. They are a bit complicated, and the lowest air fry temp is 350ยฐ. Also, the exterior surface gets a little hot to the touch. I still recommend this oven 100%. I threw away two similar Cuisinart models, because even with diligent effort, I couldn't keep them clean.

Greenpan convection air fry oven
Does an excellent job of cooking food, especially fish. I also use it to toast croissants, they come out perfectly toasted without crumbling into pieces. Everything works well, easy to clean. The only drawback, Greenpan does not offer for sale, replacement baking trays. To clean the baking tray, I use a very small amount of water and baking soda to make a paste. Using a very soft nylon brush and my fingers, I am able to get any residue off.

Best investment
I am trying to make better choices about the products being used in our home, and with all the conflict about teflon and air fryers I wanted to look for a better alternative to our old air fryer. I liked that this could replace my toaster and air fryer and it still had even more features so decided to go with this brand. I am genuinely surprised by how much we use this, I have hardly used our range since we got it - the only time I use it is when I am using my bigger pans that don't fit in the GreenPan oven. I love the features and they work so good - including the air fryer which we use the most! I wish I could get this in the size of my range, I was nervous to spend the money but I am so glad I did!

BEWARE - toxic fumes!
The first time you use this oven the directions say you are supposed to run it for 20 minutes on a specific temp setting. And so I did that. After a few minutes I thought the kitchen was on fire. I checked all the outlets and they were fine--no fuses blew, etc. Then I realized the oven was coated with some sort of fume-producing substance on the inside and it was burning off and filling my kitchen with smoke. I have a chronic illness and these fumes gave me a raging headache. Now I feel more sick than usual. I bought this specific oven because I was convinced it was a most NON-toxic version on the market. Now, I don't feel safe using it anymore. And I have a hard decision to make because it's so heavy. Do I try to return it or take my chances like a canary in the coal mine?

Jury is out on this one
Appears to be a really nice and well-made multi purpose air fryer/toaster oven. I call it the mother of all toaster ovens with a bigger footprint than I realized. At 15 inches, it's pretty tall but will definitely accommodate a decently sized whole chicken. Note, the unit is not supposed to go under a cabinet when in use. Wheels or some kind of pad might be in order so it can moved or slide about, as necessary since it comes in at around 30 pounds. My main concern is the User manual is absolutely Awful! There are No instructional videos available either and this product has been on the market for a year already. I had to call Greenpan to find out how to use some features; sad, I know. Even their own personnel weren't totally sure and the representative had to ask around to find out how to operate it. This company is consistently recommended when it comes to focusing on eliminating PFAS and other hormone disruptors. And this oven is an absolute breeze to clean, easy-peasy is an understatement. I want to like it but..... I will appreciate if someone can actually provide a user guide worth the paper it's printed on, or a video, or a PDF, or something, so I can use effectively use this oven :)
