Best yeast ever!!
Fantastic!! I’d had patchy bread results with supermarket dried yeast and this was a miracle! I froze half as it’s a big pack. Bread has incredible rise.

A better yeast than my usual.
Ive been using SAF Gold for years but decided to give this yeast a shot, mainly out of interest. I mainly bake bread but also bake sugar free, but artificially sweetened, Fruit Loaves. This yeast is so active that ive had to halve the amount of yeast I use. As a result, the bread tastes less yeasty, a nicer crumb with a whiter finish. I am very pleased with the results and will continue to use it. There is a star missing because the manufacture date on the yeast is 9 months ago and the best before date is illegible. Very disappointing.
