Works better than I had thought Rinses easily

This filter pad is far superior to the ones I have been buying, it is a bit narrower than the standard 1 n1/2 inch pads I have bought previously, but they more than make up for it by filtering out a lot of the old debris and muck... they keep their shape, wash out cleanly ..almost white again... and very durable. I will only use these from now on.

I highly recommend this filter pad.I was struggling with string algae in my Koi pond and after treating the algae my pond was very green. The filter in my skimmer is very coarse and would not filter out the small particles. Within 3 days (8500 gallon pond) of installing this filter in my skimmer, my pond was crystal clear. I have washed the filter twice now and it appears that it will hold up very well. I am amazed by how much it filters out, very evident when cleaning it.Highly recommend for a polishing filter.

My pond was getting cloudy and murky we couldn’t see our fish. I tried some ‘clearing’ chemicals but nothing really worked. Finally I decided to up my filter level to a fine filter. Received this product and cut sections to in in both my skimmer and my waterfall box. With in 3 days the water I crystal clear. Love it.

Excellent filter for my koi pond

Purchased this filter in summer of 2023, it worked fine. BUT Filter to narrow about 1/4 inch. Once the filter stars clogging up, water flows around filter For that reason I give it 3 stars.

This product worked very well along with the coarse filter. I can see to the bottom of my pond clearly

My large pond (30ft x 10ft x 5ft deep) was out of balance and my large 30-yr-old koi were dying, sometimes two a day. I put this white filter with the black coarse one in place of existing foams and they are doing a great job of clearing the sludge, although I did have to clean them daily to start with. I have also put in pond balancer, so it is not just down to the filters, but they were clearing the water before the balancer was added. The filter pads stand up to pressure washer treatment well and the only downside is the expense. If if keeps working it will be worth it.
