Poor quality am afraid
Not the best quality compared to a standard British army poncho this is quite poor thin material it's ok for the money I guess and it's a emergency shelter for rain and dawn poors

Totally waterproof, if a bit lightweight...
Tested during the very rainy prelude to this weekend's storm and was kept perfectly dry for over an hour. The only drawbacks are the extreme lighweightedness of the material, which is practically flyaway, and will easily blow up and around and about in only a moderate breeze., and the brim/visor/peak is a little on the narrow side. Useful to chuck on in a downpour while protected from winds then, but not one for the great outdoors I feel, when complete protection from the elements is paramount...
