I have purchased this item several times. It is easy to add to things like water for cooking rice and vegetables. It mixes well,dissolves great in hot liquids and an economical way to add the nutrition of broth to foods.

Instructions didnt make sense. Would not buy again

This product is not what I'm looking for I'm looking for something with a lot more protein unfortunately I cannot return it

First off, know what you are getting. This is intended as a supplement. It has very little flavor on its own. If you are looking for a bouillon type flavor you can certainly add salt and other flavors (garlic, pepper, etc) and the powder will give it a thicker, richer consistency. Because it has very little flavor or smell you can add it to other liquids if you are interested, or drink it as is. It dissolves easily and completely in hot water. The packaging has typos and the instructions seem like they are for a variant of the product with individual serving packets, but the actual powder is what it claims to be and serves that purpose well. I don’t know if it really heals the gut or any of the other things that proponents of bone broth claim, but this is a convenient way to make it in small portions to use regularly.

Does not smell or taste anything like chicken broth. Opening package you see a very fine white powder. Has no scent, no flavor when you sip it. Product information (assumed to be instructions) say to mix package with 1 cup hot water. It doesn't clarify what amount regarding package, the whole package? However, the nutritional information says one serving is 2 tablespoons, so obviously you can follow that for mixing with one cup of water. Could try the whole package though. If it does require a whole package to mix with one cup, then it is highly not concentrated broth to need that much for flavor say compared to say bouillon powder or cubes. Product bag does not have any information on the company, no contact information or address, no phone number, no website. There's also no information on where the chicken source came from, where the product is manufactured, and where it is distributed from (or who the distributor is). There's a QR code you can scan but that leads to a webpage that reads "Your Account has been deleted. Please contact our support team." All these findings makes you wonder whether the product and the company is legitimate. This bag could just be some kind of useless powder and not even chicken broth, a placebo. Hopefully not toxic chemical powder. The bag also has no statement saying something like processed at a location that process soy, peanuts, etc.

This 16 ounce re-sealable pouch of powdered chicken bone broth and as stated on the back label contains 14 two tablespoon servings. Directions on the pouch are to dissolve one serving (two tablespoons) in eight ounces of hot water. The ingredients are simply hydrolyzed chicken bone broth so no sugar, salt or other seasonings are added so it is a good choice for fasting but without any salt the flavor is flat. That said it is easy enough to add salt or other seasoning to taste if sipping the broth. The lack of seasoning allows for more options if adding to cooking where additional salt may not be needed in a dish or spices may conflict with other favors. Quick and convenient at the time of this review in July 2024 this shelf-stable powder has a Best By date 24 months in the future but dates will vary. Use promptly after opening. When this review was written inconsistency in the information about number of servings and preparation which may cause confusion and is the reason for the rating.

This product says it's a chicken bone broth but like many reviewers, I feel it is much closer to a chicken collagen powder. It features a golden broth on the package but it is actually clear when mixed with water. It claims to be a nice sipping product but it is actually flavorless when mixed with water, except a faint taste of collagen. And it claims to be high protein but the nutritional label reveals a very modest 2g protein per serving. Judged as a collagen powder, this product would not receive a bad rating. However I have to review it as what it advertises, which is a chicken bone broth. And as a chicken bone broth, I have to agree with the other reviews, it does not deliver on its promises.
