Great dessert
Expiration date was quite a bit sooner than the sakura and plain mochis - this might have been the reason they were a little tougher and not as squishy. Still very delicious and worth the try.

I love the Mochi from this brand! It's so pillowy and delightfully chewy. The walnut flavor is gentle but definitely there. They're big enough to be two smallish bites (or one big one). I would get these again.

These YAMASAN KYOTO UJI Japanese Walnuts Mochi Candies are mostly sugar. There's just a few tiny pieces of walnuts in each one. Also, two pieces is over 30 grams (weight varies), which is also 27 grams of sugar! That's a big sugar hit for a tiny treat! So, while they are soft and yummy, I'll probably let the kids have them. Recommend, just not too many at one time!

Good flavor
Lovely soft gooey texture with little bits of walnut inside of it. Not too sweet either. Good amount in the bag for the price.
