So far so good
Spent ~10mins to replace the battery of my WF1000XM3. They work perfectly so far! I will update here is I see any drop in capacity sooner than expected (at least 1 year from now). Hope I won't have to update my comment~. fingers crossed.

Revived My WF-1000XM4 Earbuds
After two years of daily use, my Sony WF-1000XM4 earbuds started to show signs of battery degradation. The left earbud wouldn't hold a charge for more than 30 minutes, which was frustrating. I was hesitant about replacing the batteries myself, but this Z55H 75mAh Battery Replacement Kit made the process manageable. The kit came with all the necessary tools, including a spudger, tweezers, and adhesive. The installation was a bit intricate, especially when detaching the old battery, but following an online tutorial helped immensely. Once installed, the new batteries brought my earbuds back to life. They now hold a charge close to their original capacity, and I can enjoy my music without interruptions. Overall, this replacement kit was a lifesaver. It saved me from purchasing a new pair of earbuds and extended the life of my current ones. If you're comfortable with small electronics and have steady hands, I highly recommend this kit.

They work well. The only thing missing is the adhesive to close the ear buds once you finish the replacement.

Funcionan perfectamente para unos audifonos Sony WF-1000XM4, a los que solo les duraba la batería aproximadamente 15 minutos durante llamadas telefónicas. Son fáciles de reemplazar siguiendo cualquiera de los muchos tutoriales que hay en YouTube, sería un producto redondo si le incluyeran el pegamento para volver a sellar los audífonos. Aun así sigue siendo un excelente producto, ahora vuelven a su autonomía de 8 horas.

Works but probably do not need most of the kit.
After three attempts I finally got it to work. The kit is fine but could be less expensive as you really don’t need everything in the kit. You may want to look at some of the videos on YouTube before purchasing to see if you really need a kit or just two batteries. My case came apart pretty easily when i heated it so I didn’t need the picks and I do not need the cleaning toil. Maybe a guitar pick and small tweezers like the kind that come with glasses repair kits. There are no instructions nor a suggestion as to where to get them but I knew that before I made the purchase. Also no glue but you really only need a tiny amount. I used some E6000 that I had around. You can probably find that in a very small tube.
