Does the terracota looking dish come with it? From Pinki

No. but you will need a large deep dish or the water goes everywhere

Does it have any wires

No, no wires. It's solar so uses the sun. The pump is attached to the outlet by a small wire to enable you to clean the jets easily. This fountain has given us a lot of pleasure - in fact we have now bought a second one, which comes with some LEDs. The fountain is just the black unit in the picture. It doesn't come with the dish or flowers. It floats happily in our bird bath. You'll need to change the water from time to time as bits of plant fly into it (and, in our case, pigeons come to drink and then leave a gift(!) behind, but they do this with any bird bath).. Do not leave it out over winter. I strongly recommend this. On a really sunny day the jet can reach over a foot high.
