JUNK! Bought them from Walmart but they are the exact same ones. Lasted one month before the springs in them wouldn't retract anymore. Since they only let you ratchet one click at a time, they take forever to tighten without the preload springs. Going to replace with a better brand.

First stoped retracting. Then started rusting and completely rotted away. This is a permanent strap that goes on a trailer and it handle the elements.
