Are the back of these waterproof? Looking to use for an outdoor landscape project

Hi, the product is waterproof. When using, try to use sealing tape on the back

I looked into that and decided it was cheap enough to buy the pack. They do produce 2V in good sunlight.

Are the solar cells 2 volts each or all together? i inderstand thats the voltage at peak sun but could i exspect around 1 volt per or in all?

Yes it should be 2 volts each I just did a measurement on one of mine with an over cast sky and got 1.73v.
