They have been so helpful getting multiple sizes my last pregnancy I was 15mm. This time around I am 17mm. It was nice to have both to see how comfortable they would both be while using with my breast pump.

Missing items and leaks
I purchased the combined 15 mm and 17 mm and only received the 17mm. A little difficult to get the adjuster flush against the flange so milk leaks while pumping. Disappointed.

Comfortable and easy to use
I find these really comfortable and easy to use with my spectra pump. I don’t always use the smaller size, but it’s nice to have in case my body changes which has happened with 11 weeks of exclusively pumping. I do wish that these were more transparent so I could see if I had them on correctly. I do prefer these to the beaugen cushions for ease of use. In general, getting the right flange size will always have a positive impact on output. These are easy to wash and install even in the dark, half asleep.
