It is so comfortable. Perfect shape. Support and fit our neck so well. The amazing quality made my 12 hours travel more. It made my trip more bearable. Unfortunately I lost it 😕 I definitely have to order other for my next trip.

Bought it for my sons long bus journey, it comes folded up in its own bag , takes not much space and if you don’t need it you can just fold it up and put it back in its bag , comfortable and soft , would buy it again

Comfortable, good value for money, packs away easily, good quality, not used it yet so cannot comment about sleeping quality or functionality.

Bought for an elderly lady to help with neck pain and she loved it. Very supportive

waste of money. If you drop your head it doesn't hold in place just moves with the head.Used it on a flight today. Didn't feel comfortable. Too small to support the neck efficiently. Couldn't sleep as it didn't support my neck/head.

It works ok but for a long flight it did not feel comfortable

I use this for chronic illness when it flairs and I am in lots of pain. This is the second one I have purchased and would really recommend. It is so soft but still supportive.
