Please note that you can only get it connected with the eFamilyCloud App once it's under the connection mode- red light flashes rapidly. And it's smart light strip, the main feature is to control the light strip via eFamilyCloud App on your phone, and the 24Key remote control is an extra bonus to the light strip. And you should make sure you get the light strip connected to the eFamilyCloud app first, and then you can use the 24 Key remote to control the light strip, thank you!
