This was a great gift for my brother who is a hobby racing car enthusiast. His old charger was a bit temperamental and quite old, and he really needed a replacement. This one was exactly what he wanted, and he had spoken about it to me a few times. He told me that he needed one that could discharge batteries too, and the older one he had didn't have this feature, so he had to keep on borrowing his friends one, which wasn't totally ideal. This charger is such great quality, easy to use, with so many features, and a fantastic battery life. And I got it for such a great price too! I'm just pleased that my brother is so happy 😊

This LiPo battery charger has been excellent so far. It’s simple to set up and works perfectly with all my RC batteries. The balance charging function is accurate and keeps the batteries in great condition. The 80W output and 6A charge rate are more than enough for my needs, and I like that it includes an AC power adapter so I can plug it straight in without extra gear. Build quality feels solid, and the screen makes it easy to see what’s happening during charging. It’s a great all-round charger — reliable, easy to use, and good value for money. Five stars.

Good Lipo battery charger. Unfortunately, the kit is missing the Deans male charging lead and you also will need 4mm to XT60 lead for higher power Lipo batteries. Some other kits include these.

This charger will restore dead batteries that have been standing for over a year

Despite the controls not being intuitive, after about 20 minutes faffing about I have managed to charge and balance an individual battery module from a Nissan Leaf prior to fitting to the car. Pretty good for under £30 and I am quite sure it will charge pretty much any battery you have, regardless of the battery chemistry.

Is anyone else missing this cable connection that has bought this item?

Got this as recently I’ve got into RC building projects and I did not have an any charger for LiPo batteries and this looked promising. Been using this for a while now and it had a lot of functionality such as ability to charge different types of batteries along with differently types of LiPo batteries. Using it came with few challenges such as can be difficult to get used to as this was my first ever I did have to do some reading along with watching few videos. But it was easy to follow and got used to it. The build quality of the product was good not best but was decent for the price it at. Overall it a good to have if your in this hobby.
