Nature's Sunshine Solstic Energy, 0.14 Ounce each, 30 Count (Pack of 1)

Good product. I use 1/2 a packet a day in a full water bottle that I sip throughout the morning and early afternoon. It gives me a consistent energy feeling. My mind feels clear and I purposely pace myself while I work at home sipping the drink. I have not tried the full packet and don't think I will so as to not run out fast and because I do not think I need it. Although it is a little watered down the way I do it, I do not mind. The taste is still nice. I don't need the whole packet so I am fine with the mix being a little watered down. I am sure it would be fine with the whole packet in one shot, just shake extra well. Thankful for this product.

I absolutely love this stuff! It gives me the boost I need in the mornings and during the day. I love coffee, but I'm super sensitive to caffeine and in turn, has a habit of ruining my day. With the Solstic Energy, I feel alert and awake. I honestly feel like I pay attention more and have a better day when I drink it. I don't have any crashes like I do with coffee and I'm still able to sleep well at night. I love the taste, too. I highly recommend it if you need something instead of coffee or other caffeinated​ products.

I like the taste, the new packaging, and how it made me feel. I was able to get some energy boost by mixing a packet in cold water to work on my work projects late at night. Sometimes I drink the whole packet with less water to work faster or lots of water and sip to drip out the energy longer.

The only reason for 4 stars is the taste. It’s rather unpleasant. I had read reviews complaining of the taste, but since I saw it was citrus, I really didn’t think it could be that bad. It smelled like pineapple, so I was expecting it would taste that way. It’s basically pineapple scented but tastes like E-mergenC but with more “flintstone chewable vitamin” flavor. That’s the best way I can describe it! I’ve forced myself to drink a few a week, but I’m choking it down😝Other than that, it was delivered fast, and very reasonably priced was pconsidering how crazy high the actual Nature Sunshine website charges for their products. So I was happy about that!

I do not go through a day without at least two!(they are cheaper elsewhere though)

I absolutely love these!! We always have a box of these in my office. They are perfect as a coffee replacement in the morning or as a mid-afternoon boost (Or Both!). They keep me awake and alert without making me jittery. The flavor definitely doesn't taste bad and you get used to it very quickly ( I actually think it's pretty tasty now). I also love that it forces me to drink more water! 10/10

Has an odd, bitter flavor. I use the Solstic Revive and I don't mind the taste of that. But this is not good

I had to give up coffee 3 years ago & I use this in its place. It doesn’t give you the same jolt as caffeine but gives you a more gentle alertness that I like better. I took a 12 hour drive last summer & about 6-7 hours into the drive started to get so tired but this worked just as well as caffeine to keep me going.
