This item works very well with the Hysapientia Air Fryer and is ideal for all sorts of Kebabs. I have successfully made Chicken Kebab Skewers that are delicious and perfectly cooked. There are many recipes both on line and social media platforms. When you receive the discs and skewers the screws for the rotisserie that came with the Hysapientia Air Fryer fit the Rotating Skewers. Please remember to remove the blue plastic covering on the discs before use. Attaching the skewers is a bit fiddly, but with a bit of practise is quite simple. If you have difficulty there is a tutorial on YouTube. I recommend the OKUYAN Rotating Kebab Skewers as the perfect accessory for the Hysapientia Air Fryer.

Is a bit fiddly to get the spears on the rotisserie with food on but it made a great chicken tikka

Nice sharp skewers bit fiddly at first but does what it's suppose too!

Perhaps a bit over ambitious because I roasted a small chicken with it for the first use in an air oven. Worked up to a point and I'm sure I can get better results with practice as it was a bit fiddly getting the chicken to stay on the spindle.
