they looked extremely small coming out the package, but my son tried them on & we were pleasantly surprised how much they stretched right out. True to size, i got a large for my 10 year old and they're perfect. They're very comfortable and have held up a few games so far & washing. I hung them to dry just in case of shrinkage.
