Does the job.
While definitely wouldn’t call these heavy duty they seem adequate. They assembled very well. I was going to build my own out of electrical conduit and some angle but couldn’t even buy the raw materials for what these cost. I have lights that are considered “commercial grade” 😉 on them so the lights aren’t the lightest you can get. We are in a wind prone area and have had wind advisory days lately and they have held up fine. As you can see I didn’t put them all the way up so they have a little more support. The distance between the top and bottom support is adjustable depending on height and your application. I have them spaced 6-7 feet apart and I don’t think I would space them any farther than that if I could help it.

These are awesome
These have held up amazingly well in middle Tennessee! Hot summer, freezing snow and ice, and everything in between. They don't look a bit different than when I bought them. Installation was super easy, and it's great you have options for installing them.

Very Sturdy Supports
It anchors in two places making it very sturdy. I have 48’ of hanging lights strung up with these supports. Also worked well for my pre-lit garland at Christmas.

Wonderful for putting up solar string lights above a fence!!
I have a long stretch of 6 foot tall fence, and I wanted to hang solar string lights above the fence. These worked great!!!

Decent poles but not the the best
We had this for a few months now. It is decent pole. But only of it is kind of bending to the one side. It seem to do the job. And have not rusted yet.
