Good energy boost within 15 minutes for me, love it in the morning before a workout. I use it in place of my coffee if I have time to grab a swim or workout a couple of times a week!

Very happy with the purchase been lifting heavier, longer, better recovery, I can’t say in comparison to others I’m not really a pre-workout person I hate the way they make you feel but you don’t get a niacin flush or the heart palpitations with this one thank god. Word of advice though stand back when you open it or mix your drink if the powder poofs out of the jar you’ll be coughing for 5 mins straight hahaha

Worked amazing and gave energy+focus. However if you get the tingling itchy feeling which i did, it’s just a harmless side affect and as you get moving it reduces. However, overall this is a 5 star product, love it.
