Faulty charginglead
The phone was purchased to replace a similar phone which had been broken.. I was unable to get the new phones charging lead to function but was able to use the old phones lead. the phone itself is fine.

Don't... just don't...
Useless, and a total waste of money. The volume is ridiculously low, you can't turn it up, either the call volume or the ringtone. So many missed calls because you can't hear it even when it's right by your elbow, and you have to have it on loudspeaker or you can only catch one word in three... I've tried to complain, but be warned - the customer support page takes you to a bundle of ads you can't get rid of and nothing else. If I could have given a negative star rating I would have done.

Not easy to set it up for an older person
Not easy to set it up for an older person not savvy with these instructions given. I only keep it as I only would use the number when prompted to put one for dealings that they do not accept only emails but need a phone number to use them!

Excellent
Bargain for the money. More than expected it has a torch, very easy to use and big buttons. Great phone for elderly people or someone with eye sight issues needing big buttons.

Charger port common fault
I have had 3 of these models for my disabled father. All 3 have had issues with the charger slot failing to detect the wire, after the first 6-12 months of use. Gona have to teach him a new handset next time. If it wasn't for that major issue, they are decent for elderly people. Easy to use.
