Good, but not sure about stability
I like the comfort of the back rest. It definitely improves the ride. However, I am concerned about the stability of the pad. The is very wobbly and I am not sure if can be tightened.

Overcome back pain for a longer more enjoyable ride!!
When I was in the Army I hurt my back and tore a disc, and so riding my motorcycle can be painful unless I have a really good backrest. This backrest gives me the support I need so that I can ride my Harley for longer periods of time, without suffering a lot of pain and aggravation. It came with all of the associated hardware needed for a quick and simple installation.

comfortable seat, hard to adjust height
I wasn't sure if I would enjoy having a back rest or not, but I do. It does make getting on and off the motorcycle slightly more difficult, but the trade off in comfortability while riding is worth it.It was easy to install, but if you decide you want to change the height on it at a moment's notice, it is difficult. Even knowing what I was doing and removing the seat so I could see better, it was still very hard to get it down to the shortest setting. It became scratched up and gouged pretty easy, the metal seems soft. All the marring is located below the seat so it isn't noticeable.
